JumbleLabs is operated by Shankey Kumar, an individual proprietor based in India. By downloading, installing, or using Captain Nightcap or any other app published by JumbleLabs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the app.
Captain Nightcap is available as a free app with an optional paid upgrade (Captain Nightcap Premium), for personal, non-commercial use. The free version includes the full core sleep loop and a selection of built-in wind-down methods. Premium unlocks additional methods, unlimited custom methods, Google Drive backup, and other features. You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app outside of the channels we publish it through (currently the Google Play Store).
Captain Nightcap is a self-help and habit tool, not a medical device, and it is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app's content about sleep and ADHD is general in nature. If you have ongoing sleep difficulties, suspect a sleep disorder, or have concerns about ADHD or any other condition, please talk to a qualified healthcare provider.
Captain Nightcap Premium is available as a recurring subscription with monthly, 6-month, and 12-month plans. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and policies. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions.
Prices may vary by region. The price shown in Google Play at the time of purchase is the price you'll be charged. JumbleLabs may change subscription pricing in the future, but any change will only take effect at your next renewal — you'll always have a chance to cancel before a new price applies.
Refunds are handled by Google Play according to their refund policy. JumbleLabs does not process payments or refunds directly. If you need a refund, please contact Google Play support or visit Google Play's refund page.
JumbleLabs is a small, independent project. We may update, change, or discontinue features of the app over time, and we'll try to keep things working smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Because all your data lives on your own device rather than on our servers, your sleep log and settings aren't affected by anything happening on our end.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JumbleLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any reliance on its sleep methods or scheduling features.
The Captain Nightcap name, the JumbleLabs name, and the design, text, and code of the app and this website belong to JumbleLabs. You're welcome to use the app for its intended purpose, but this doesn't grant you any ownership or rights to the underlying product beyond that personal use.
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. If you have an active Premium subscription, uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription — please cancel it through Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions before uninstalling to avoid further charges.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
