By downloading, installing, or using Captain Nightcap or any other app published by JumbleLabs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the app.
Captain Nightcap is provided to you free of charge, for personal, non-commercial use. You're welcome to use it to help build a wind-down routine that works for you. You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app outside of the channels we publish it through (currently direct APK download and, in future, the Google Play Store).
Captain Nightcap is a self-help and habit tool, not a medical device, and it is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app's content about sleep and ADHD is general in nature. If you have ongoing sleep difficulties, suspect a sleep disorder, or have concerns about ADHD or any other condition, please talk to a qualified healthcare provider.
JumbleLabs is a small, independent project. We may update, change, or discontinue features of the app over time, and we'll try to keep things working smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Because all your data lives on your own device rather than on our servers, your sleep log and settings aren't affected by anything happening on our end.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JumbleLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any reliance on its sleep methods or scheduling features.
The Captain Nightcap name, the JumbleLabs name, and the design, text, and code of the app and this website belong to JumbleLabs. You're welcome to use the app for its intended purpose, but this doesn't grant you any ownership or rights to the underlying product beyond that personal use.
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Since there's no account, there's nothing further to cancel or close on our end.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
